Supervised, coached and cross trained a staff of four. Interacted with supervisors and senior management from all
departments to coordinate and achieve our department goals. Responsible for the recovery of all Bad Debt A/R
dollars nationally for Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Reassessed and reevaluated the Recovery Department
for greater efficiencies and production levels.
Accomplishments: Rewrote policy and procedures for; Litigations, Collections, and Probate areas. Highlights were
as follows: Attorney files submitted for litigation were decreased from days down to days; Collections were
increased by replacing non performing agencies with performing ones licensed to collect in all states. Probate was
enhanced by introducing a new process using an online search tool, which replaced an existing lengthy manual

Senior Supervisor for a national credit card operation. Responsibilities included training staff for
Accurint/LexisNexis, Vision GUI, Fiserv financial software and Concerto dialer system being properly setup, as well
as the daytoday operations. Additional duties include handling of merchant issues, severely delinquent accounts
prior to charging off, processing Bankruptcy and claims, handling and negotiating of settlements, as well as
strategies for recovery resolutions. My promotions included Credit Analyst to Supervisor of Collections and Recovery
Accomplishments: Since the inception of our collections program, I continue to surpass company quotas for
customer account resolutions and rank out of a staff of over in all collection activities. In addition, I have
consistently led my team to place first in monthly incentive contests to bring collection accounts uptodate.
