Accountable for timely and accurate reporting of financial data and
reports required by management on routine or ad hoc basis. Reporting
to Head of Billing Division
Responsiblefor submitting various monthly divisional reports
based on accounting information like expense & revenue summary,
projected revenues, sales summary, accounts receivable, outstanding
age analyses, various reconciliation reports etc.
Incharge of communicating the budgeting process, requirements and schedules
to various departments, and to incorporate all data on a regular basis
into a consolidated budget.
Involved in developing business plans, policies and practices in cash
Guiding management to introduce and implement effective cost control
tools and innovative ideas without effecting the contractual obligations
and Control: Responsible for daily cash collection from branches
amounting to approximately USD one million daily, subsequent deposits
and reconciliations. Also responsible to ensure proper electronic security
in the branches and to arrange cash insurance policies to cover all
kinds of risks in cash transactions.

cost effective recovery plans for amounts receivable from about two

water consumers, including various ministries in the Sultanate.
