Duties included taking retailer calls for Tennessee Lottery, dispatching out calls to the techs in the field and assigning case to the tech. Also ordering supplies for retailer, adding notes to cases and troubleshooting retailers' lottery terminals over the phone. 

      Mar July  Service Master CSR/ Payment Services 

Duties include answering approximately to inbound calls and processing leads for potential customers and assist clients with their current accounts. Maintain multiple phone lines while processing orders for service. Enter and validate customer's information and prepare to transfer the call to the specialist that will sell the service to the potential customer. Also accepting and processing payments for the customer by using credit cards or an electronic check. Maintaining a % or higher on Quality Assurance and saving the customer.

Duties include answering inbound calls from providers to process claims. Adjust claims that are not processed correctly and assist the provider with quoting benefits for the member. Duties include processing applications for potential residents and submitting credit and background checks for the client. Filing papers for the new tenant who included the lease and any accommodations included with the property guidelines. Process eviction papers for the tenant with balances owed for rent not paid. To follow up with each unit and items or appliances that needs to be repaired. To maintain a neat property and make deposits as needed. Collect the rent payments and provide the resident with a receipt for the payment. Make sure that maintenance and other workers are paid on time each pay period.
