Instructional Design/Corporate Training/Online Solution
Since , I occupied various positions with a common denominator: the design and creation of specialised
training material and its transformation in different medium – elearning module, reference card, training manual.
I also conducted Webinars and ILT sessions using material I developed.
At Bayer Inc, as CRM/ELearning Specialist, I collected and analyzed Bayer’s management expectations to create
training material aligned with corporate objectives. I developed comprehensive training solutions for synchronous
and asynchronous training.
I delivered in class training or virtual webinar to increase the knowledge of Siebel users from various divisions
within Bayer. I surveyed Siebel users and analyse results to improve the quality of Siebel training offering.
I populated the Siebel Interactive Help system and collaborated with the CRM team to select elements requiring an
update in Siebel. I developed the structure for the Bayer computer familiarisation elearning onboarding program.
I lead a quarterly trainer forum to exchange ideas, technologies and process we use in our own business unit.
While working at HORN and Capital Technology Partner I collaborated with ISD’s, project managers, trainers,
subject matter experts, system integrators and technical experts to research, produce, edit and publish elearning
and in class training materials.
Product Management/Marketing/Sales Training
As Product Manager for the Diagnostic division of Abbott Laboratories I built report with the US organization and a
distributor from France to expedite any product issue solutions. I was the first point of contact for any information
request regarding to the Abbott Haematology & Coagulation line of product.
I adapted corporate training material to the Canadian Market and delivered product specific training to Sales
Representatives. I was responsible for the deployment of all the communication, strategies and tactics to the sales
team. I created a collaborative environment to exceed financial sales target including contribution margin.
I worked with the finance department and the controller to develop comprehensive business plans that would give
an accurate projection of the future sales analyser and reagents.
