.The overall responsibility to coordinate the planning and realisation of training with respect to Industry
and academia; Ensure Professional conduct as a necessary requirement from the trainers.
. Administration and management of theÊtrainingÊprogrammes and placement Relation Programmes
of various Colleges/ Universities.
. Participation in the appointments process,recruitment,selection of Placement for various Corporates &
Placement Cell of various colleges.
. Overseeing the delivery of theÊtraining for conceptualization and execution of Recruitment ,Training
. Monitoring and inspection of posts to ensure that certain specific organizational and programmatic
elements are included within the newly formed induction teams.
. Form interactions between the outsourcing facilities and potential candidates to ensure separate,
measurable, explicit, ambitious—even transformational—goals for a candidaterelations efforts to focus the
work of both corporate and recruits.
. Provide Career Services, “Studentintoalumni” and young alumni programs, Divisionalalumni
cultivation for various Business Schools.
. Develop a strategic plan to engage the friends of the University, including civic leaders, parents of
students and alumni, students and alumni of the Business School.
. Content Development for Training as well as web site.
