    Responsibilities 

  • Started the branch from scratch in a short period to a team of sales, marketing, support and training in three geographic territories. Manage all staff reporting to the position so as to effectively recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities. Developed branch standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible for making sure the branch's operations align with the organization’s mission, strategic objectives and policies. Ensuring branch follows local laws and regulations.
  • Liaising with management at the main office and providing reports on activities,
