KEY INITIATIVES
End User Loyalty Initiative resulting in SMART LOYALTY CARD sales growing by % in years:
• Enhanced accountability of channel members in MP resulting in improvement of fuel quality indices by
% fuels sold through smart cards resulting in end customer satisfaction and driving end user loyalty.
• Initiating direct contact with interstate transporters through SO’s in UP region thus obtaining KL’s

territory of BPCL.

• Initiated open dialogue with supply chain of logistics dependent companies like Ruhi Soya/DCM Shriram
/ITC with goal of opening fuel outlet in vicinity of their new warehouses thus security a first mover
advantage and also getting fixed agro clientele.
Event Planning and Hosting
• Planned and hosted the Western Region meet in Indore for hundred team members over days in

• Launched statewide cross promotional scheme in Indore across retail outlets of the state.
