Contracts Manager Role Added
The Contract Manager is responsible
for the entire customer process. Once a sales is acquired the customer
service manager should begin transforming the sale into an order and
maintain all communications with the customer from contracts, progress,
completion dates, shipping dates, changes, queries and follow up, invoicing

and maintain a Sales & Marketing Policy as per corporate guidelines.
To participate in
formulating, to retain and communicate sales orders, confirmations and
contracts from the UK Sales Office.
To devise measure
and set targets and KPI’s for Sales, orders and deliveries and customer
