    JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Driving , managing and administering  whole  Contracting Life cycle   for both pre and post phase  for Projects and engineering as well as non engineering activities .
  • Advising on Conceptualization the requirement , planning, scheduling , long term budget preparation , provisions, contract life cycle finalizing , cost evaluation etc and getting approval from appropriate authority.
  • Supervising , guiding and participating in   preparation of Complex Tender document / Bid  Packages including  chalking out BEC , SOR , GCC etc. for international tendering for different LSTK /works contracts for mechanical, electrical, Instrumentation, HSE, AC Maintenance, consultants, manpower housekeeping , catering, Tanks  , pipelines  and other export facilities of KOC, ISO Compliance etc.
  • Finalizing tender document with occurrence of user, legal, risk management cell ETC.
  • Facilitating short listing /empanelment of bidders for different works and facilities as per works/user requirement and approval p.
  • Getting approved  documents from  risk management /insurance cell, centralized contract team, HSE , kuwaitization cell and  legal cell, 
  • Finalizing , drafting  and getting approved Prebid conference queries for Low value /High value local/International tenders .

    To lead a team of   Contracts & Procurement professionals / Engineers  and staff for  Supply Chain Management SCM  including  contracts  and procurement for offshore operation for E&P of  oil and gas including hiring of Services and procurement of Materials for Inspection Maintenance and Repair Group IMR and Pipeline Group for Offshore Logistics, Mumbai Region, ONGC and Construction of offshore vessels/ships.
