Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist the Project Manager and engineer with condition checks on site, progress reports and
distribution of the work done reports.
• Responsible for daily project and manpower reports for the Project Manager.
• Process forecasts from Project manager and team as a base for project schedule.
• Prepare and raise MPR Material Purchase Requisition, get Project Manager Approval and record
the materials expense for each project.

Ship Repair, Ship Building and Manpower Supply
• Process invoices from sub contractors, check and review as per record and report to Project
Manager for verification.
• Summarize all expenses include manpower, material, sub contractors cost and misc expenses and
prepare actual project costing for loss/profit report at the end of project.
Purchaser, Shipment
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Process all MPR and delivery orders for all the requisitions. Follow up of order status and keep
track of partial deliveries.
• Meetings with suppliers and register new suppliers in the system.
• Make inquiries and submit the quotations for approval.
• Issued Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
• Responsible for compiling of weekly material status / balance reports.
• Responsible for compiling monthly material purchases summaries, issued for each project.
• Preparing shipment packing lists and tax invoices.
• Preparing shipments with shipping agent to the barge or head office.
• Handling incoming and outgoing DO and other document related and filing.
Launch/Pull Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Preparing equipment winches, bulldozers, pullies, wire ropes, cranes, tug boats, etc as per site

• Responsible for manpower allocation at the launch/pull time
• Report the launch/pull progress. Reports include barge / ship specifications.
• Handling the logistics for incoming and outgoing air balloons to and from the launch/pull location.
• Responsible for the repair of broken air balloons and compiling reports on air balloon status after
the launch/pull process damaged, missing items.
