. Ensure at the end of the training program and before the appointment that the trainee has been
evaluated and passed successfully the competency required for the target job.
. Dedicate to develop skills, qualifications and sustainable employment for the employees.
. Work to ensure that all the new recruited employees are provided with access to appropriately targeted
training according to the functions.
. Draw and implement an action plan to ensure that the period of training to vary according to the
requirements of each position and type of job.
. Program to coordinate and deliver the practical training internally in the organization or externally

. Prepare annual manpower plan for trainees’ recruitment and appointment of the trainee.

. Follow up closely the training progress and prepare monthly assessment of trainee.
. Knowledge of Western Human Resources, recruitment, development and training principles.
. Arrange for progress interviews with the relevant section head for trainee.
. Ability to apply industrial training and development principles and to plan, manage and implement
. Strong organizational and Interpersonal skills with a focus on continuous development of Human
Resources and Systems through upright processes of T&D, TQM and KM.
. Periodically update and amend the training program depending on the progress of the trainee.
. Familiar with process / technical knowledge of plants, planning, organizing, and staffing.
. Proficient with interviewing skills, preparing training budget, SHE awareness, organization awareness,
problem solving, use of PC and elearning.
. Preparation of Individual Development Plan IDP and Annual Training Plan for all levels.

. Worked for development of an eenabled LMS Learning Management System.
. Generation, Development and Implementation of JQP/Competency Program based on NVQ
