N+ redundancy, remote monitoring/control of the Fuel Cell and the development
of an embedded controller to manage the overall system.

and Engineering Services. Expanded the existing Electronics and Mechanical

Directed the development of
QMS’ , , and Colorscript Laser Printers. This group
of printers subsequently won more awards against competitors than any
previous QMS printer group.
The embedded microprocessor
platforms utilized in these printers ranged from the Motorola ,
LSI R, Intel I and finally to the NEC R. The R development
was completed in less than one year and NEC utilized our final prototype
PCBs as final test platforms prior to the final release of the R.
Implemented a formal software
development process that managed an embedded code base of over one million
lines of C/C++ code including the implementation of Clearcase, design
reviews and code walkthroughs.
Managed the Test Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering functions
during development. Also
responsible for x coverage of these functions on the manufacturing
floor. By implementing
electronic processes we were able to reduce the required manpower in
