Panama City, Panama Designed an automated process using the VB Script in MS Excel to analyze the traffic and to estimate revenue of the existing toll roads over the next fifteen years based on economic indicators.

Florida DOT Used Citilabs Cube Voyager scripting language to develop a methodology, a framework and a prototype model for modeling High Occupancy Toll HOT Lanes in Florida. The model incorporated the economic theory of toll revenue generation.

TriCounty, Michigan Leading staff person for the development and calibration of the travel demand model and a land use forecasting model using the TransCAD software. Coded in GISDK, tested and evaluated alternative transportation investment plans.

Florida DOT, District Greater Treasure Coast Regional Planning Model III Developed a fivecounty fourstep travel demand forecasting model in Cube Voyager.

Employed as a Research Fellow grade A, to do research on the development of Expert Systems to enhance and optimize the existing highway appraisal and road maintenance priority models for the World Bank.

Developed two knowledgebased systems in the microcomputer version of Prolog known as TurboProlog sponsored by Science and Engineering Research Council SERC. The objective was to integrate economic appraisal using World Bank HDMIII model with road maintenance management tasks evaluated using BSM system. 

As a research Assistant, carried out research in the applications of Operations Research techniques in optimizing road expenditures. The focus of the work was the development of an optimization model for the design of the rural road networks in developing countries such as India. Also a computer package was written, in Fortran , to aid investment planning in rural areas of developing countries.
