  • Monitor and review Project Design Budgets and variations.
  • Develop and update the Resource Planning Schedule.
  • Reviewing and consolidating budgets and cost forecasting of projects.
  • Reviewing contracts and ensuring effective contract administration and management.
  • Exercising overall Project management and coordination starting from Feasibility Study through the Operational Phase
  • Preparing periodic Cash Flow study and plan.
  • Preparing cash flow and coordinating with finance for budgeting and cost allocation and project funding with the Finance Dept.
  • Ensuring effective time control, scheduling updates.
