• To supervise overall business operational activities by ensuring adequate controls are in
place and being adhered with Audit, Compliance, Regulatory and Fraud & Risk policy and
• Development of infrastructure and processes with close coordination of internal
stakeholders and Insurance Providers.
• Systemization of sales process by bringing all the business partners upon Point Of Sales
• Contribute to the development of business plans to maximization profitability
• Monitor prelaunch progress and develop plans to launch products to ensure that products
and services are presented in the most attractive, arresting and effective manner to
customers and public at large.
• Develop and implement annual plans/ budget and strategic initiatives for managing the
business in line with business objectives.
• Prepare financial viability of new products to maximize financial profitability
• Regularly review the product portfolio to advise management on deletion of obsolete
products, identify products that need revitalizing and gaps which need to be plugged by new
• Review & assess potential for Banca distribution through activation of new sales channels
• Analyze competitor offerings and ensure product/service profitability/competitiveness
• Ensuring the delivery of excellent customer satisfaction with strict adherence to agreed
customer service standards.
• Liaison closely with Insurance Providers for quality services to meet agreed business
• Sale performance administration through monitoring and strict implementation of
Performance Management System PMS.
• Over all human resource management of the Division
