Translate Global and Regional strategy into a consumer centric Caucasus cluster specific marketing strategy. Appropriate brand portfolio strategy in place to meet consumer segment requirements. Trade & distribution strategy developed and meets objectives set for consumer and customer segments;
  • Regularly implement Consumer research to analyze market dynamics and segment the market with relevant criteria. Regular review of market context development to identify opportunities and develop new propositions to satisfy customer / consumer needs. Identify and introduce new products to keep competitive edge. Cost / benefit analysis;
  • Develop annual OpPlan Brand & Trade with specific brand, trade, profit targets. Lead budgeting process. Control and manage marketing budget to ensure effective spent;
  • Manage all marketing activities; ensure they are in line with corporate guidelines, objectives and local legislation. Ensure all activities deliver vs. objectives. Ensure compliance with Global Marketing guidelines International Marketing;
  • Drive pricing and excise to ensure company profit targets are met. Regularly review pricing, factors impacting price structure and monitor P&L brand, company on monthly basis to ensure profit targets are met;
  • Manage Distributors in each of the cluster countries to ensure sales objectives are met. Promote actively sales culture across organization and support Distributors’ FF to ensure value added services. Appropriate sales marketing tools are developed and available for both BAT and Distributors’ field force.
  • Manage Supply Chain to ensure continuous product supply for endmarkets. Ensure relevant stock levels available at end market level to comply with Group stock holding policy. Develop strong partnership with Eastern Europe Operations factories, central planning group to comply with Group policies FIFO, product freshness, Product Integrity & Traceability;
  • Ensure that each marketing team member has strong development plan, properly trained. Develop strong succession plan within Marketing function;
  • Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure implementation of all targets.
