o To meet all production targets, ensuring quality, ontime delivery and optimization of resources Vending
o Cascade and execute production plans and adjust operational activities by situation assessment according to
available information and resources for optimum production performance manpower, material and machine and
o Ensure product and process compliance and adherence to regulatory compliance by issuing instructions and
reviewing / monitoring relevant KPI’s.
o Analyze, control and minimize FFOH Budget and wastage of raw materials including, ingredients, and packing to
achieved budgeted targets.
o Responsible for achieving plant KPI on Safety, Quality, Productivity, People and Cost.
o Maintain the proper labour force and ensure facility is operating within established labour budget.
o Organize staff rosters to achieve maximum efficiency of labour and reduce overtime.

machines, industrial trial, and commercial production on new machines.

o Ensure all production is reported into the SAP system in a timely and accurate manner
o Responsible for ensuring proper traceability of raw/packing material used during production run

o Coaching and mentoring each member of the plant to identify training needs and to create multi skilled workforce

proposals and implementation.

o Independently faced various Nestl‰’s Internal and External audits on Safety, Stock Management, Traceability,
Food Safety etc.
o Develop, Implement, Enhance and Check all required documentation.
o Ensure all operations within the plant are carried out safely in accordance with the Company’s EHS policies and
procedures, including hazard/accident reporting, accident investigations and maintaining proper standards of
