* Develops the cleaning and maintenance procedures of equipments and the chemical usage in the food preparation area.
* Develop, establish, drive and provide quality reports, Analysis, recommendations and to support for continuous improvements in QMS through internal and extern HACCP, QMS, EMS and GMP Audits.
* Develops and completes the Food Safety and the HACCP Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points prerequisite documentation and assists in their implementation.
* Maintains appropriate audit documents and ensures compliance with international regulations and requirements through biannual internal audits.
* Prepares corrective actions for spotted quality/safety hazards and monitors the correction of any deficiencies.
* To carried out Risk assessments for safe work during production and maintenance activities.
* Assist production, engineering department during construction and maintenance activities on hygiene standards for good quality work and products.
