• Negotiate major contracts with distributors – selling terms, price chains,
sales and distribution objectives, retail coverage targets and expansion
plans with supporting programs from Reckitt Benckiser side.
• Panning, implementation and control of all Commercial/Sales and
Distribution activities in Azerbaijan
• Monitor report and analyze competitive sales and distribution results as
well as markets incidents such as infiltration.
• Key Accounts management via development and implementation of Key Account
• Manage and execute effectively from local level inventory levels.
• Achieve Distribution Targets as per current year Sales and Distribution
Plan via through efficient management of distributors as well as Key
Trade Marketing responsibilities:
• Planning of local BTL budget with implementation of local Strategies related to
• Developing sales, distribution and merchandising objectives to be
achieved via focused sales campaigns, effective trade promotions and
distributors’ inventory management
• Develop and follow up national sales, distribution and merchandising
objectives differentiated by distribution channels/type.
• Develop and implement Trade Promotions based on local needs with
support from Media Strategies – at distributors as well as retail levels with
focus on Key Account chains.
• Develop, motivate and train field force and ensure open communication
within the organization as well as unsure “smooth” flow of all information.
• Implement local Pricing Policy and Strategy to be in line with Reckitt
Benckiser pricing strategy for the Region and externally.
• Develop customer incentive programs at distributor’s and retail level.
