Served as a technical consultant to Postal Operations personnel regarding automation issues and as a subject
matter expert for associated briefings and discussions. Became knowledgeable in the daytoday postal
operations including how to process incoming and outgoing mail in order to better relate to postal personnel work
issues and needs in automation.
Provided telephone and onsite technical support for a wide variety of computer problems, to include removing and
installing software and device drivers, installing peripheral equipment, troubleshooting internet, network, and other
system problems. Used DameWare Remote Control for assisting customers.
