  • Access and manage the SVP’s contacts, email, calendar and telephone functions and ensure that all correspondence is handled and priority items are processed in a confidential  manner   
  • Managing all Arabic and English correspondence with Government and International bodies and translation of reports, documents and business letters for Executive Chairman’s office, CEO’s office and SVP’s office.
  • Facilitate and Handle all VIP delegations in coordination with UAE Ministries, Embassies and Consulates meeting with Group CEO, CEO and Senior officials in DPWorld HO
  • Manage supplier relations, Corporate gifts stock items and control inventory for all DPWorld terminals terminals in countries
  • Manage daily delegations visit itinerary and expenses with respective business units and service providers
  • Preparation of monthly Delegations Expenses Report to be submitted to CEO.
  • Handling all travel arrangements for SVP in coordination with the CEO’s office. visa, tickets, accommodation…etc
