Period : August – December Relieving the PA to the CEO
Duties : Additional duties to my duties as the PA to the Industrial Director included:
• Secretary to the Executive Committee Meetings EXCOM held twice a month and took minutes, prepared
the agenda, presentations, status reports and all confidential documentation for the EXCOM
• Organising logistics, diary management, reading and responding to the CEO’s mail as
appropriate, drafting and responding to routine mail, preparation of reports for the
regional President and Group President
• Follow up on status reports from actions agreed in the EXCOM meetings and updated
the EXCOM on progress
• Acted as the contact person between the MD and all the Directors, other personnel
and visitors to his office
• Confidential information and document handling, through emails, documents and
maintaining the same.
• Processing leaves, travel approvals, and all correspondence to all the direct reports to
the CEO.
