    Is an Oil Services company with three offices in Venezuela: Caracas, Anaco and Cabimas. 

    I had a double report, here in Venezuela to Roberto Huertas, LatinAmerican Vice president and Bill Bain Human Resources Corporate Manager. In this position, I supervised HR Managers in the LatinAmerican Region: Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru, Brazil, Argentina and Venezuela. 

                      

    Basic Functions:
    Plan and secure manpower needs to meet the current and future staffing requirements of the Company, and develop programs to attract and retain talented resources. 
  • Manage the region expatriate/TCN employment and benefit administration processes which include the following:

  • Staff transfers and relocation arrangements housing and transportation.
