    EARLY CAREER EXPERIENCE 

    Began recruiting at Manpower and was relocated and promoted within a year and a half to manage a processing center, which I did for two years. I have corporate staffing experience from Cigna, and technical recruiting experience from a small consulting firm and then ultimately from The Hartford Insurance Group, where I learned about technology and resume mining in a database called Resumix.
