Liaises with the Chief of Medical Operations to synchronize medical strategic plans with the management plans. *Organizes all materials, facilities, personnel and other resources necessary to run the hospital including medical needs according to the lists provided by the Chief of Medical Operations. *Supervises all hospitalwide activities by conducting ocular inspections or making departmental visits and receiving endorsements or regular reports from the departments. *Monitors & Controlling hospitalwide activities ensuring high quality services, correction of errors to avoid repetition of the same mistakes. Implements rules and regulations; policies and procedures making sure implementation is effectively carried out by all staff. Ensures hospitalwide policies and procedures are in place for references. Utilizes effectively all the resources such as: manpower, finance, materials, physical facilities and space to ensure efficient results, well balanced work and safety environment. Liaises with higher Management; Construction and other related Departments to enhance hospital building designs, decorations, and patients&; accommodation and facilities. Establishes a good system for the careful, economical, and efficient utilization of resources. Develops adequate financial controls to keepup accurate records and prevents misappropriations of hospital funds, facilities, and properties. Approves purchases of equipment and materials looking after supporting feasibility studies to ensure their proper use and reach revenue expected. Leads to prevent and copeup with fire, theft, and unexpected disasters within the hospital premises. DecisionMaking:* Makes unbiased decisions nonmedical or medical in coordination with Chief of Medical Operations CMO for the benefit of the whole organization for both employer and employees. Represents the higher management in all its undertakings for nonmedical or medical with appropriate information given to the Governing Body for full awareness. Takes decision for any administrative issues in consultation with the Governing Body for advisory. Implements hospital compliance of all government rules and regulations, legal and ethical issues, and other statutory requirements in collaboration with Government and Legal Affairs Directorates. Recommends salary structure, other staff benefits, costs and service fees to the higher management. *Business Development Manager:oct .Determine and formulate policies and provide the overall direction of Marketing Strategy. Plan, direct, or coordinate Marketing activities at the highest level of management with the help of subordinate executives and staff managers. ::Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. ::Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. ::Evaluate the financial aspects of service development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and returnoninvestment and profitloss projections. ::Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote services, working with advertising and promotion managers. ::Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and their daily activities. ::Prepare & Organize Outreach Programs. ::Responsible for Visiting Professors Program. ::Confer with executive committee , organization officials, and staff members to discuss issues, coordinate activities, and resolve problems. ::Analyze operations to evaluate performance of a company and its staff in meeting objectives, and to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change. ::Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding and implementation of programs. ::Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with pricing, and/or distribution of hospital services. ::Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements with suppliers, distributors, governmental agencies, and other organizational entities. ::Review reports submitted by staff members in order to recommend approval or to suggest changes. .Marketing campaigns & Competitor analysis. * Insurance Department Manager: * Mainly responsible for all Rejections from the respective companies * Receives immediate acknowledgement from the concerned company regarding Invoices / Rejection * Determine the cause of rejection such as . price variation in the Invoices . Created charges doesn&;t matches with the approval . Approvals for more than agreed price . Check claim form for each consultation is available . Unjustified / Excessive services . Missing Documents * Completes and justify queries about the rejection and coordinate with treating doctor. * Replay to the Company subject for Adjustment & Approval. * Rejected Invoices to Rebilled and submitted with in hours * Endorse the Rebilled Invoices to the Collector for dispatches * Prepares and submit Management reports to highlight all rejections by reason for top Management necessary actions * Negotiations with Insurance companies and other hospitals and polyclinics: Price lists, referral cases , volume of Business ...... * Medical Director of the clinics of Americans at the Airbase Under BUPA & NCCI. Manage & Supervise clinics with the staff. Providing Medical cover to all employees. Preemployment medical examination. Respond to emergencies at the clinic and at home on call for hrs /day Health & Safety education lectures for staff. Responsible for Ambulance conduction. Provide occupational health to the staff. Provide TQM standards for ALSALAM AIRCRAFT CLINICS. Regular contact with the medical network to provide high standard medical service to staff. Review the claims for the staff and the medical providers. Provide Weekly Reports about the staff & monthly consumption rate.
