  • Managed a national internal compliance program and Medicare certification roll out for Concentra’s + clinical and physical therapy locations. This new program for Concentra included all policies, procedures, training, and other implementation tools.
  • Oversaw all Medicare inspections, payor audits and follow up.
  • Developed Urgent Care Medicare enrollment process for more than providers nationwide
  • Involved with managed care negotiations and contracting to complete credentialing for payor contracts. Compliance changes helped to improve relationship with a $ million national account.
