Job Description  
Advisor for the Butchery production team.

Approving of product through each stage of the manufacturing process.

Ensuring production procedures are followed as per standards and specifications.

Ensuring the correct use of equipment and materials at all moments of production.

Identifying and communicate all nonconformances.

Assisting and train team members in working methods, daily production and food preparation.

Useing culinary knowledge and experience in meal preparations.

Prepared and dispatch daily work orders.

Correct dismantling, cleaning, sanitizing and reassembly of equipment.

Receipt, storage, and rotating of raw ingredients First in First out.

Participating in all quality related activities verification of processes and sample collection.

Preparing, assemble and package all food products.

Maintaining all levels of hygiene and work safety regulations as per Food Point procedures.

Assisting in the implementation of all new dishes, and meal components.

Participating in regular feedback to Senior Operations manager, Research and Development department and the Technical Manager.

Supporting in problem solving situations in regard to food production or equipment performance.

Able to work under time related pressure so as to meet all production schedules.

Ensuring that all new procedures are implemented and followed by all team members.

Ensuring that new products and recipes are followed as per standards and specifications

From the Beef:  
Fillets Tenderloin Steak, Rib Eye Roast/Steak, Strip loin Roast/Steak, Rum Roast/Steak, Flank Steak, TBone/Club Steak, Escallops, Beef olives, Veal Poppiette, Harloff, Kofta, etc. 

From the Lamb:

Racks, Lion chops, Cutlets, French cutlets, Noissettes, Leg Steak, Dieses, Kebabs, Shanks, Carcass, Kofta, Saddle, Rib lets, Crown Roast, guard of honour etc. 

From the Poultry:

Kebabs in Barbeque, Tandoori, Tikka,
