    Oversee the property management, industry advisory, asset management and consultancy services for a diverse client base that includes hotel owners, hotel operating companies, industry analysts, lenders and franchise companies.  Primary assignments revolve around the turnaround of declining sales, profit margins, quality assurance rankings and market shares for hotels and portfolios of hotels.  Our involvement includes working with all levels of stakeholders to assess the assets’ viability and to develop short and longterm strategic plans for repositioning and to administer and support the plans implementation.

  • Asset management of a portfolio of hospitality businesses under Court appointed Receivership resulting in a profitable sale of the portfolio.  Assets included midscale, Hilton branded hotel; fine dining and casual restaurants; movie theatre and conference center. 
  • Revamped the marketing plans, distribution strategies and pricing models for group of Ohio hotels leading to a % increase in annual revenues and a % increase in annual achieved average daily rate.
  • Repositioned franchised hotel assets on behalf of Choice Hotels Canada, Inc. across Canada using our proprietary Hotel Assessment Tool to assess each market’s opportunities and then constructing and implementing strategic plans for improvement of physical plant, operational processes and revenue generation.
