    Job Particulars. 

  • Establish daily duty roster
  • Attends the daily briefing with hotel Manger
  • Ensure internal training training in order to maintain the highest grade of service
  • Submit vacation plan of the department
  • Responsible of functioning Butler communication center professionally
  • Attend the Rooms Division department daily meeting
  • Maintain the minimum stock of guest supplies and guest ammonites and guest demand items
  • Ensures all the guest rooms and all the VIP rooms are checked prior to arrival of the guest
  • Ensure all the butlers on the floors are following the standard procedures
  • Ensure the operation is smoothly running
  • Provides personally the service to VIP, repeat guest
  • Preparing training needs and conduct training secessions
  • Co ordinates with Ex. Housekeeper, Laundry Manager, Front Office Manager, Chief Concierge, Asst. Food & Beverage Manager with all concerned matters with guest needs
  • Controls master Keys and pagers
  • Responsible to train the staff an on evacuation in the event of an emergency situation
  • Evaluates the SOPs from time to time and update according to the needs.
