MS VIKING CENTURY SKY, CRUISING YANGTZE RIVER “Rated Best Viking Vessel " 
During the Preopening of the Viking Century Sky, responsible for setup the entire ship operation, realization of the company’s manual, training of the staff and implementing and maintaining of the standards. I was Involved in designing kitchen and public Areas. Successfully integrate the second ship in China within the Viking group. This vessel with a capacity of passengers is the largest of the Viking Fleet counting ships. It caters to a demanding and experienced American Cruising clientele. 
With a team crew devoted to excellence, the standard are in excess to the expectation of a five star hotel operation and the guest comments received were the best among the all fleet. 
Reporting directly to the Headquarter of Switzerland and liaising with the local owner and the operation manager in order to continually improve the product in accordance with Viking Standards and develop a third vessel to be ready to sail for the season . 
I contributed to the extension in size and reputation of an international company in the hospitality trade, by maintaining good relation with clientele, government officials and investors.

I was in charge for of all the hotel operations of this new deluxe vessel with a capacity passengers and all the usual hospitality amenities. 
Reporting directly to the Headquarter of Switzerland. Liaising with the local owner in order to continually improve the product in accordance with Viking Standards. 
Sourcing products, setting up all the standards and successfully train the staff on the floor to exceed the expectations of a demanding and experienced Deluxe cruising clientele, mostly from the US of America %, Mexico % and Europe Spain & Germany %. 
Developing good relationship with local authorities. Dealing with local tourism agents. 
Handson position requiring being in touch with the customers, very PR oriented. 
During the first season in operation, achieved the best rating for quality and service within the all Viking fleet. Achieved the highest revenue per guest within the division. Work in collaboration between the Headquarter and the local owner in order to develop a second vessel to be ready to sail for the season . 
Obtain “five star” recognition from China National Tourism Administration. 
Closing the season with occupancy of % for the first year in operation.
