Directing planning, controlling, coordinating and participating in Personnel
activities engaged in securing all hotel properties, employees and Guests;
ensures that safety and Loss Prevention Procedures are followed.
Delegate to supervise
all Managerial staff within the Department, and assist them in preparing

of statutory laws and regulations.
Offering the General
Manager logical, unbiased analysis when so requested.

Discreetly assist the
Management towards recovery of unpaid bills and the discharge of disreputable
guests from the premises.
Advise the General Manager
of possible fraudulent activity from members of staff.
Handle and resolve all
guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner and establish an
amicable relationship with all clients, custO.s and guests of the

recommend improvements and changes to the operation of the Department,
especially concerning creating better service standards.
Using diplomacy, tact
and personal relationships to defuse volatile situations involving the

Prepare various monthly
reports as required by the General Manager
Conduct regular operational

Department as a whole, explaining new directions, policies, and procedures
at the same time.
Prepare the annual capital
and operating budgets for the Department in conjunction with the General
Manager and ensure departmental expenditure is kept within budget.
Enforcing of the Loss
Prevention policies and procedures of the Hotel, and ensure that at
all times in all areas of the Hotel that they are being strictly adhered
Monitoring the PRP,
and compiling the necessary monthly audit for the same.
Responsible to lead
the Emergency team incase of Emergency and conducting the emergency
Human Resources & Community:
Plan and organize regular
Departmental training for all staff, especially new staff, paying particular
attention to courtesy, efficiency, service standards, grooming, diplomacy
and actual job knowledge.
Identify and develop
leadership qualities among subordinates in order to guide them towards
the path of career enrichment within The Address Hotels, and additionally
provide the Hotel with a source for future management.
Work closely with other
Departments of the hotel, and attend regular meetings on a periodical
Participate in providing
and receiving constructive criticism concerning the Department and the
Hotel as a whole, in order to improve efficiency, productivity and guest
Ensuring that members
of the Security team do not harass, or subject to humiliation, members
of staff, it is obligatory of Loss Prevention Employees to treat all
members of staff with equality, respect and professional courtesy.
Perform other related
duties and special projects as required by the General Manager and other
department managers, both within and outside the Hotel.
