  • Accountable for the recruitment of Sales Development Managers/ financial consultants. And thereby developing a strong Distribution and increasing the number of star performer’s club members.
  • Responsible for increasing the premium per policy and the productivity of FCs and SDMs by HNI sales calls.
  • Proper inputs to Branch sales Managers to develop and hone their Leadership skills.
  • Regular Reviews and demonstration of the reviews to the Branch sales managers.
  • Responsible for addressing compliance and complaints at Territory level.
  • Device & Organize competitions in order to promote and enhance sales at Territory Level.
