< Posting Jobs and Fetching Resumes from Job Portals.
< Screening and Selecting best matched Profiles and taking Telephonic Interview.
< Briefing Candidates regarding the Job Description, Company Profile and Career Perspective.
< Taking References and building a longterm relationship with Candidates.
< Sending Letter of Job Opportunity, Interview Call Letter.
< Salary Negotiation and Reference Check and Providing final offer.
< Well versed with Job portals for fetching out resumes.
Employee Engagement
< To ensure involvement of associates in events related to corporate social responsibility.
< Organizing sports, festival functions, various events and other awareness programmes, aimed at enhancing the sense of
bonding and oneness amongst the employees.
< Looking after employee motivation, personnel/family counseling thereby instituting measure
for reducing absenteeism and employee turnover.
Employee Relations/Welfare
< To ensure accessibility to associates for concern sharing thru web based system.

Induction/Recruitment / Exit Formalities
< Understanding requirement of candidate from concerned Head Of Departments.
< Short listing consultancies and giving job brief for ideal candidate search.
< Cocoordinating with candidates and consultancies for interview timings.
< Internal coordination with HOD’s and senior management.
< Negotiating with shortlisted candidates and to ensure candidates joining on date fixed.
< Overseeing the Pre Induction formalities, Introducing associates with organization’s culture, policies & procedures, joining
formalities and post joining formalities.
< Attrition analysis per month region wise.
< To prepare action plan to control attrition.
< Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for different roles and analysis of the existing
level of competencies.
< Identify the benefits to associates and organization as well.
< Seeking feedback from trainees to ascertain effectiveness of the training programme.
Incorporating the same in future trainings to ensure greater benefit to the participants.
Performance Management System
< Filling of KRA’s in every six months thru web based software.
< Grading of associates across all levels.
< Periodic review of growth charts in the organization.
< To ensure minimum difference in compensation amongst associates in one grade.
< Taking care of House Keeping, canteen & Security.
< Purchase and maintain all Admin related particulars.
< Making & maintaining all expenses reports & taking care of pretty cash.
< Make arrangements for travel.
< Dealing with all vendors and after verifying their bills make their payments.
< Handling the Employee Bills & Payment.
< Coordinate with various staff for operational support activities of the Office.
< Handling and arranging Local transportation & Guest house.
< Handling and maintaining track record of Stationary, Courier, H/K, Pantry materials &
< Make arrangements for Interview, Training, and Inductions & Guest Management etc.
< Handling AMC’s, Electricity Bills, Phone Bills, etc.
< Handling payroll processing through Ramco . ERP.
< Maintaining leave & attendance register.
< Distribution of Salary Slips.
