KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
PUBLIC AWARENESS AND PROGRAM COMMUNICATION
• Assisted CSOs to prepare media awareness campaigns including TV Shows in national TVs, TV spots,
leaflets; press conferences and public meetings aiming to promote transparency and access in the
courts.

GRANTS MANAGEMENT
• Developed and launched six different RFAs; evaluated applications, awarded grants to successful
applicants.
• Prepared grants and subcontractors agreements in compliance with USAID ADS
• Prepared procurement documents such as Procurement Request Memo, Procurement
Memo, Sole Source Justification and Scope of Work for subcontractors and international
consultants
• Monitored and assessed grantees and subcontractors’ performance; Provided grantees with the
training and technical assistance; Assessed grantees and subcontractors’ Final Reports and confirmed
the grants activities matched up with those in the grant agreement
• Prepared due diligence on the validity of reimbursement requests; Prepared monthly and close out
reports and submitted to USAID
CIVIC ENGAGEMENT
• Assistance and mentored about sixty CSOs to increase their skills and knowledge in watchdog and
advocacy activities such as civic monitoring of judicial system’ performance and transparency; civic
participation in decision making processes, journalists’ investigation on corruption and conflict of
interest cases.
• As Director of The Bridge Center, implemented an development project funded by USAID to support
civic participation in local government.
• Provided direct and concrete assistance to the NGOs’ network “Advisory Commission” and other local
civic groups on topics regarding good governance; transparency; monitoring local budgets and
influencing local council members in the budget decision making process.
• Supported, mentored and assisted tens of civic networks with concrete participatory tools to properly
articulate and address their demands and priorities to the candidates for Mayor and Member of
parliaments
• Established effective tools and mechanisms that can be put in place to increase citizens’ participation
and create bridges of communication and trust between institutions and citizens.
• Recruited, mentored tens of citizens’ networks; transferred them skills and knowledge on civic rights
and responsibilities; modeled citizens’ behaviors to improve their participatory capacity and address
issues and concerns to public authorities.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION
• Prepared Performance Based Monitoring Plan of Rule of Law Program by tracking, documenting,
monitoring and reporting inputs, outputs, deliverables and targets/indicators for all Project
components.
• Managed the project monitoring and evaluation system including quantitative and qualitative indicators
• Supervised the “Court Costumers Survey” for the judicial system; prepare the report including main
findings and recommendations
• Created and implemented surveys and mechanisms to evaluate citizens participation and engagement

Producer of Mock Trial TV shows supported by a grant from Neser Television based in Tirana, Albania.
The weekly TV shows aims to improve public understanding on issues like public access and transparency
to the judiciary system.
Producer and moderator of daily shows on prime time at NTV focusing on indepth analysis of major
issues of justice sector the rule of law. This show aims to increase media’s watchdog role and to propose
solutions in justice sector. Exmembers of Supreme Court, lawyers, law professors, members of Parliament
and representatives of civil society share opinions with the moderator on how to improve the justice
system.
