  • Assigned barcodes, proofed, upgraded, and shelved incoming and existing files.
  • Maintained confidential and sensitive information; provided mail management and reprographic management support to the office services manager.
  • Located and delivered records when requested using physical/manual and electronic database search skills.
  • Monitored and tracked records in circulation and ensured outfiles are recorded.
  • Properly maintained indices through Accutrac records management software.
  • Developed and implemented retention periods for administrative records.
