Within the past couple of years, I have gained and demonstrated skills in the area of Customer Service
Call Centre and Retail and Office Administrative Support. I have perfected my communication skills and
developed a proactive approach to problem solving with proven ability in building healthy customer

environments, both as an independent worker and a prominent team player. Flexibility, resourcefulness,
