Assist to Manager Financial Reporting in preparing monthly financial statements. Verify all types of vouchers&; relating to store & spares, debtors, creditors, admin and selling distribution expenses, payrolls according to company procedures and analyzing general ledger accounts. Bank reconciliation & Keep daily track of all business related bank accounts. Review payables in routine and arrangement for payments to import & local creditors by Processing of the invoices and payment orders. Coordination with purchase and finance department to ensure timely and efficiently payment process. Monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts, store consumptions, inventory held with third party. Preparation of monthly exchange gain loss report of payables. Aging analysis of inventory, creditors, and debtors on regular basis. Prepare monthly stock valuation of Raw Material, Work In Progress and finish goods and inventory consumption & movement report. Maintains standard costs for products including raw material and purchased parts standard costs and perform analysis and create reports concerning inventory costs. Participates in developing the annual operating budget and consults with department heads/managers on the fiscal aspects of program planning, payroll recommendations and other administrative actions. Compiles cost information to be used in preparing operating budget. Analyzes, reviews and controls budgets and expenditures/expenditures trends for business units. Identify and analyzing variances, finding out the causes of the variances and make recommendations based on analysis. Plan to conduct monthly cycle count of stocks and make sure that Sarbanes Oxley Requirements should be followed. Liaison with internal / external auditors in implementing the control procedures & conduct of interim and final audit.

Gulistan Group is the nd largest Textile Group of Pakistan from Feb to Dec , directly reported to Chief Financial Officer and major job responsibilities were: Participate in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. To timely and accurately recording and summarizing of all financial data, Verify all types of vouchers&; relating to store & spares, bank transactions, creditors, debtors, payrolls according to the procedures of company&;s internal controls. Verifying daily purchase ledger and sales ledger. Daily aging analysis of suppliers and customer accounts Reconciliation of vendor and customer ledger, sales tax return, stores consumption, stock movements. Maintain record of L/C Acceptance, overdue status of outstanding LC and cheques issued. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements and keeping updated records of outstanding balances. To approve the payments to creditors for services and goods, Monitor product wise inventory ledger and valuation. Analyze revenue & expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels To Review and finalize the monthly sales tax return, To manage physical and cycle counts periodically to confirm the accuracy of perpetual inventory system, To conduct any investigative audit and review Job order Costing and production reconciliation, To prepare and finalize the annual return of Income Tax, Interact with external auditor in completing interim and final audit.
