In addition, I was responsible for the banking and credit rating agency relationships, cash operations, capital structure management, property management and leasing, insurance and risk management.     Directed the risk assessment and management of the accounts receivable portfolio in North America. Managed six employees directly professional, office professional and responsible for credit decision evaluations and management of overall collection procedures for the various North American businesses. In addition, I managed the financing programs and was responsible for business and financial analysis and enforcement of corporate credit policy / Sarbanes Oxley and Audit requirements.
