Presently working with Raysut Cement Company, Salalah, Oman as Team Leader Training & Talent Management since August, . 

Responsibilities include

  • To initiate the training activities in the company and set up the Training Department.
  • To generate an annual Training Master Plan with budget reflecting ISO requirements and needs of all departments.
  • To organize onsite managerial and technical seminars/workshops by external and/or internal faculty.
