  • Provide Field Service support for Volumetric Interactive D Visualization of CT, MRI, and PET/SPECT data on the Dextroscope® & Dextrobeam™ systems for planning neurosurgical procedures.
  • Responsible for system installation and network connectivity to Hospital digital PACS for data retrieval, onsite root cause failure analysis as well as troubleshooting and repair, software and hardware installation and upgrade, trade show setup/teardown and inhouse system repair, telephone and email support.

  • Responsibilities include equipment qualification testing, system installation, performance evaluation and fault isolation. Provide worldwide emergency support; conduct formal and informal maintenance and operator training in a classroom group setting or in the manufacturing environment.
  • Perform all onsite mechanical modifications and upgrades to equipment motion control components and pneumatic components. Hardware control utilizes stepper motor, DC servomotor and pneumatic cylinders and components positioned by and camera vision alignment.
