Achievements
 Supporting and maintaining the company continuous growth strategy
over years through which the volume and capacity of the factory
have been increased. The factory capacity in became as ten times
as its capacity in when I joined the company. I had a major roles
in writing this successful story as I was a main part in all expansions
decision making starting from determining the types and categories of
machines to buy up to planning, preparing and project managing to
support the factory operations and secure its adaptation ability with the
additional capacity.
 From scratch I have established a productivity computation system
which calculate the productivity of each labor linked to his/her
working hours and grant him a bonus in case he/she exceeds the target
line which differs according to the performed function. The system
took into consideration the absenteeism level of the worker which
affects the bonus significantly. Through the years, the system has
resulted in:
Shooting up the workers' productivity by ranges varies from two to
three times based on the function.
The absenteeism phenomenon has been % declined.
The workers became highly motivated and surprised by the results
they achieved which they have never expected.
 Founding a new system that links Inventory stocks, Sales, and goods
on process that significantly help forecasting, planning , and therefore
production functions to secure correct inventory stocks that obviously
supported sales, reduced sales losses and guaranteed just in time
delivery.
 Developing and implementing a system for production planning and
following up based on the capacity and competencies of the factory
that helped the planning staff to easily loading the outstanding and
upcoming orders according to the different capacities of the different
categories of machines and production units which reduced the
deviation level between the plans and the actual production and help
the follow up team to be strong and have total control of the
production process.
