of $. million over a year period as manager of a key cost reduction
project at Motorola. Successfully reduced parts and service costs exceeding
project target by almost $. million.
Main point of contact for
all safety related incidents in area of ownership. Performed Post Mortems
for all incidents and issue of site incident reports distributing to
all staff worldwide and to the customer. This was done within hour
of the event and to reduce the risk of a similar situation at another
facility. More importantly worked with EH&S groups to implement
improvements therefore reducing potential for repeat.

indicators KPI and monitored both Proactive Good Catches, SMBWA’s,
Stop Works and Reactive events through systems made available to me.

Skilled in the management
of major projects through full project lifecycle, including initial
planning phase, equipment delivery, install and final acceptance by
the customer/stakeholders. Tracked progress on a daily basis by being
actively engaged with the install team and working in the cleanroom.

I have now lived in China just short
of years. I have travelled throughout the world but Asia is very special
to me. I have a new Chinese family and enjoy spending time with them
integrating myself into the Chinese culture but also sharing many of
my western experiences and customs with them. On the sporting front
I enjoy playing snooker, pool, golf and like to watch football or rugby.
