Outbound Logistics:
. Have handled all India Dispatches & Daily Dispatch Planning.
. Coordinate with Transporter, Production & sales Team For smooth Dispatches.
. Coordinating with Transporter, Production Scheduler, & Carrier and Forwarding C&F
Agents for smooth Functioning of the Dispatches.
. Have made Outbound Tracker Depending on Which cost/kg, on hand details of customer
and transporter details made easily available. Also least cost/kg Determined and controlled
thereby bringing the transporter cost optimum which helps in to better control on different
transporters and which has reduced manhours with more accuracy
. Ensure all activities related to Finished Goods / Traded FG Material Warehouse, Including
document checking, material Receiving & dispatching, Ensure Material dispatching as per
FIFO.
. Highlighted NONMoving & slow moving material to Sales Team & Logistics Leader as
well as coordination with the C & F warehouse around the India.
. Dispatches against CT Order & SEZ Unit.
Inbound Logistics:
. To receive Material, ensure quantities as per document safe storage and update
data in ERP and issue of MRA.
. Raise and solve all issues related to warehouse, storage, and resources, Receipt,
Documents and EHS.
. Ensure FIFO.
. Ensure availability of proper documentation for all material leaving site like Challan,
Invoices, Statutory forms etc.
. Ensure availability of Returnable / Non Returnable Gate Pass for Outgoing material.
. Provide feedback on work process and suggest changes, if required.
. Supervise warehousing operations.
Month end Report:
. Having Good command for preparing Month end report.
. Closing of monthly Module in Excel.
. Month end Report Like RT , Invoice Listing, Issue Slip.
ERP Related Activities:
. Modules Report Like Material Receipt, Issue, & Return.
. Have handled totally TFGWH, RMWH, and FGWH ERP oracle based transactions. E.g.
Material Receiving, Create Customer Order Scrap, Sales Order Execution, Invoicing,
ARE, ARE.
. Generation of report from Business Objective BO.
