    From st December to till date as Head – HR & Administration Corporate Office in RAK Minerals & Metals Investments LLC RMMI, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, responsible for implementing HR practices from scratch in their whole group across countries.  The group has operations in UAE, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Congo, Armenia, Thailand, Iran and Kuwait. The group has its own shipping logistics, trading, mines and processing plants in various countries.  RMMI is a joint venture company of Ras Al Khaimah Government and Trimex Industries Ltd. Travelled to Malaysia and Indonesia to set up HR Practices. 
     

    From October to th December : Dy. Manger People & Culture heading Tamilnadu Circle Reporting to Head – HR in Aircel Limited, Chennai responsible for Human Resources and Administrative functions to manpower strength of employees. Aircel is a leading GSM service provider in Tamilnadu and gaining a national foot print with a customer base of million highly satisfied customers and now Aircel is a part of Maxis, an international conglomerate and the leading cellular service provider in India, Malaysia and Indonesia. 

    From April to September as Executive – Personnel in Mahavir Plantations Limited, High Forest Estate, Valparai having labours reporting to Sr. Manager. Tea Manufacturing Industry having Tea Estates four in Tamil Nadu and one in Kerala.
