+ Advised Nomadics, Inc., Oklahomabased, hightech company, on commercialization of explosivesensing
technologies, utilizing key business contacts in Israel and the United Kingdom, to gain contracts for intel
lectual properties of Nomadics, and assist key allies of the U.S., in combating terrorism.
+ Organization science work conducted, in cooperation with the Center for Organizational Improvement,
at Oklahoma City campus of Oklahoma State University, developing training contracts with institutions,
in the public and private sectors, in Asia.
+ Consultation for Oklahoma City office of U. S. Small Business Administration, to assist Oklahoma small
businesses in the execution of global transactions, and in state international export promotion. Stimula
ting economic growth in Oklahoma.
+ Worked with officials of China Society for Strategy and Management Research equivalent of the RAND
Corporation in U.S. to develop plans for the improvement of public administration in that big, emerging
market. This process is very important for China as it tries to maintain balance between major economic
growth, and the lack of political freedom.
URBAN AND REGIONAL ADMINISTRATION
+ Collaborated with colleagues in the government of Turkey, in the design of project organization, and deve
lopment of proposal to World Bank, for $ thousand contract, as component of the $ billion regional
development project, Southeastern Anatolia Project GAP. The contracted work was conducted jointly
with Su Yapi Engineering and Consulting Inc., based in Ankara, Turkey. The GAP, in southeastern
Turkey, was designed to bring economic development to very unstable border region, with Syria and Iraq,
in the heart of the Middle East. GAP is integrated in education, agriculture, urban/rural infrastructure.
+ During Mexican television broadcast, was interviewed by noted economist Miguel Correa Jasso, concern
ing work conducted during time in Mexico, to promote development of government policies, pertaining to
workforce development, regional administration, and the economic integration of North America.
+ Management of human resources, for $ million technical assistance project, funded by the United Nations
Development Program UNDP. The project delivered workforce development training to over
technocrats with the national government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It was designed to ad
dress continuing problem of high unemployment rates, in countries of the Middle East.
+ Management of recertification and inspection operations for affordable housing properties units in
north Tulsa, Oklahoma. Engaged in urban administration and community development activities in co
operation with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Tulsa Housing Authority, and the
Oklahoma Department of Human Services.
