• Manage district team and ensure that desired outputs and deliverables adequately meet
quality standards and timelines.
• Ensure timely submission of reports on programme planning, outputs and timelines to the
Project Manager and Programme Manger.
• Facilitate team building to improve performance of planned activities in given time period.
• Maintain liaison with M&E Officers for Planning and Development & monitoring of the
activities of VTP Component.
• Ensuring that the implementation plans are in place and are implemented according to the
planned schedule, cost and scope of work.
• To lead in monitoring and evaluation of entire VTP component in the field and using the
findings to improve the quality of work and impact as per defined procedures.
• Need assessment by leading the field survey teams along with lead in focal group
discussions from communities’ representatives for capacity building, livelihood, NRM and
income/ skills enhancing programs.
• To lead, manage and motivate the team, ensuring that they have clear objectives and receive
meaningful feedback on their performance.
• Technical assistance for proposal writing for new projects.
