Electrical and ElectroMechanical Work Experience:  

Experience includes using a digital multimeter and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot failing or failed components including clutches, motors, and sensors on various office equipment.  Continued training, troubleshooting and repairing experience on equipment like PFE, Neopost and Bell and Howell mail folder/inserter equipment, Ascom/Hasler postage meters, Martin Yale folders, Opex letter openers, Mailprinters, Toshiba, Panasonic, Mita, Copystar, and Minolta copiers and fax machines, and Ricoh based copiers and copyprinters, which include Aficio, Gestetner, Savin, Lanier and Nashuatec digital color and black and white copiers.   Performing regular maintenance such as replacing rollers, bearings, and general cleanings. 

Computer Work Experience: 

Build and install packagetracking systems such as Smart Track and Smart Sort.  Also provide in house computer support for the computer network, which may include running network cabling, testing network connections, installing hardware and software, configuring workstations, solving computer questions, or troubleshooting and replacing failed components.   Build new computers and upgrade computers and components. 

Software Experience: 

DOS, Windows ., , , NT ., , XP, Vista,  Dreamweaver, IMCM, UNIX, Word, WordPerfect, Excel, dBase III+, Lotus , Prophet , Bedford Accounting, Schlage , Liebert Sitescan . 

Sales Experience: 

Sales responsibility included negotiating with customer best equipment with best price, processing orders, follow up with customer after delivery, and maintaining proper paperwork for sales tracking.  Cold calling and telemarketing as needed. 

Other Work Experience: 

Installing and training on new and used equipment and ordering and maintaining an accurate car inventory.  Closing out customer and auto generated calls.  Performing preventative maintenance and providing courteous service calls.  Perform company bulk mailings as required to boost sales.   Set up inhouse demos and road shows out of town for sales department.  Conducted weekly computer classes for elementary school aged children.  

Supervisory Experience: 

Over four years supervising employees and sites, reporting to Facilities Managers daily, responding to security issues and alarms, provided back up duties for payroll and scheduling.
