Recruiting Manager

  • Responsible for managing recruiting function for a two billion dollar corporation, this includes all domestic positions in addition to DCI’s South American operations.

  • Responsible for managing the vendor list and monitoring contractor activity.
  • Responsible for all employee Relations in South American Operations.


    Sr. Technical Recruiter / Recruiting Manager

  • Responsible for managing recruiting function for a branch that was built from the ground floor up to a six million dollar a year branch.
  • Responsible for staffing projects with BellSouth, SouthTrust Bank, Compass Bank and various other clients in the Birmingham, Alabama area. 
  • Candidates expertise included:  Java Developers, Project Managers, Business Analyst, Oracle Developers, DBA’s, Programmers and Testers.
  • Placed seventy one consultants in and achieved Presidents Club both years.


    Placement Manager

  • Responsible for staffing projects with BellSouth, UAB, CSC and various other clients in the Birmingham area. 
  • Candidates placed include: Oracle DBA’s, Java Developers, Programmer Analysts, System Analysts, System Administrators and various midlevel management candidates.
  • Placed thirty five consultants and lead the branch in placements nine out of eleven months.


      ESC month contract

    Sr. Virtual Contract Recruiter – Responsible for recruiting and qualifying medical sales representatives for Integrated Medical Systems IMS.  Set up interview schedules and manage the interview process.  Use Internet sourcing tools Monster, FlipDogg, Headhunter and Hot Jobs along with cold calling to source and qualify the best candidates. 

          ESC month contract

    Virtual Contract Recruiter – Responsible for sourcing and phone screening applicants to help a company First Service Networks relocate their headquarters from Stamford, CT, to Columbia, MD.  Candidates sourced include: Oracle DBA’s, Siebel Developers, NT Administrators, as well as, various director and midlevel management candidates.   

    Contract Technical Recruiter

  • Responsible for staffing a twentythree million dollar telecommunications project.  Recruited mainframe and client server programmer analysts, Oracle DBA’s, eCommerce analysts, Lotus Notes Developers, Java programmers, C++ programmers, project leaders and team leads.  Fast paced and high volume atmosphere. 
  • Coordinated career fairs, as well as, interviewed candidates.  Made determinations on which recruiting firms to utilize and negotiated the best rates for the company. 
  • Responsible for the entire recruiting process from setting up on site interviews, making determinations on compensation, extending offers and keeping abreast of market trends. 
  • Key player in a centralized recruiting model that sourced for six different cities Birmingham, Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, Chicago and Fairfax, depending on the particular business units’ needs.


      B. Personnel

    Contract Recruiter

  • Responsible for staffing midlevel management candidates sales for BellSouth Data Centers in Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Mississippi, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, and South Carolina. 
  • Responsible for overseeing of all logistical matters pertaining to onboarding new personnel.
  • Successfully hired fortythree candidates within a nine week time frame.

    Technical Recruiter

  • Recruited highly qualified individuals, matching qualifications and needs to client companies. 
  • Experienced in implementing innovative recruiting strategies for sourcing candidates. 
  • Worked closely with hiring officials with recruiting requirements in order to fill open job requisitions. 



    Duties consisted of hiring, training and scheduling of employees. Computed payroll for small business with twelve employees. Balanced daily sales reports and made bank deposits. Responsible for overseeing all personnel matters, marketing business and all purchasing for business.

  • Dunhill is an international staffing firm that provided intense training with a strong emphasis on quality service and client relationships. 
  • Duties included cold call recruitment of qualified applicants, as well as, interviewing and qualifying candidates for client companies.
  • Worked closely with hiring officials to insure staffing requirements were fulfilled in a timely fashion.
