March May The Hilton Group ·         Starting in the Bar and Restaurant of the Wembley Hilton, where I gained the knowledge of Food and Beverage Management to progress to Head Waiter then Bar Manager. ·          From here I progressed to Reception Duties before I moved sites to become Reception Manager at the Milton Keynes Hilton, responsible for reception staff and Reception Duties, which included Cash Handling, rota generation, staff complaints and assistance, and Booking Duties. ·          In January , I moved to the Hilton London Olympia to fill the position of Assistant Reservations Manager, with direct responsibility for the day to day running of the reservations departments including cash handling, weekly hotel reservations forecasts, time sheets and working asDuty Manager when required. ·          In December I moved back to the Wembley Hilton in the more senior position of Reservations and Duty Manager, with direct responsibility for the running of the reservations department, and undertaking Duty Management Shifts as required, I was also responsible for the hiring and training of new staff within the role of reservations and reception...
