Reporting to the Group Leader of Product Management I provided research assistance to the department. I
coordinated documentation ensuring technical correctness and consistency of all Bosch brands.
Competitor documentation evaluation, I created a database containing information received from installers
on any technical issues or possible product improvements. I was British Gas liaison for Product
Management, advising business partners of technical changes to products or documentation.
June to July , Technical Support Engineer, Bosch Thermotechnology Ltd:
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager I dealt with a range of technical enquiries on various aspects
of boiler and solar panel installation and discussed the suitability of products with engineers and specifies.
Whilst in the department I created several ‘at a glance’ documents for positioning of solar panels, gas and
oil boilers. These guides are now used in the company marketing documentation and installation manuals.
August to June , Customer Service Advisor, Bosch Thermotechnology Ltd:
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager dealing with a range of inquires from the general public, I
arranged engineer visits for service and repairs of boilers, ordered spare parts, liaised with engineers and
managers at various levels. I used SAP, Contact Central, Word, Excel and Outlook Express software.
September to July , Worcester College of Technology:
I gained a BTEC Diploma in D Art and Design at Worcester College of Technology. Designed and built
several products from neon sign lighting to contemporary furniture and table side lighting using different
materials such as metal, wood and glass. I also took a public speaking course and gained a certificate in
spoken English for higher education from the ESB English Speaking Board International.
